How do I manage seasonal skin troubles?

I'm a woman whose skin turns over every time the seasons change. Every year around this time, my skin becomes dry and sensitive, and I start to get pimples on my forehead, cheeks, and chin, which is really bothering me. No matter how meticulously I use my skincare routine, it seems to be useless, so I'm not sure how to manage it and am worried about how to care for seasonal breakouts.

 

Especially because of the dryness, dead skin cells build up, and my acne is more prominent and my makeup doesn't go on well, which is stressful. If anyone knows of any effective methods or products for dealing with seasonal acne, please let me know. If you have any know-how on hydration, exfoliation, or soothing care, that would be great too^^ Know-how through improving eating or lifestyle habits is also good. I want to get rid of the annual seasonal skin concerns and stop worrying about seasonal acne care. ㅎㅎ

    환절기 유독 피부 트러블 많은 분들 많은가봐요.. 
    저도 40대 초까지도 이런거 몰랐는데 후반으로 가니까 피부 건조함 심해지고 각질 일어나더라구요;;; 요즘은 그냥 팩 정도만 자주 해주고 있는데 좀 낫긴 해요.
