I'm worried about giving myself a sheet mask because my skin has become so dry these days.

Yesterday, on my way home from work, I looked at my face in the subway window, and I was so tired, my skin looked particularly rough. After working overtime for days to meet a project deadline, my makeup didn't stick well and I was so excited that I was really upset. So, starting today, I'm going to focus on skincare, and I suddenly wondered about the appropriate frequency of using sheet masks. I've heard that many people use one sheet mask a day, but my skin is so sensitive that I'm worried that using it every day might actually be harmful. What is your typical mask mask routine? Do you vary it depending on your skin condition, or do you have a strict routine? It's hard to find time in the mornings, so I usually use it before bed, but I'm worried that if I use it too often, it could lead to overnutrition and breakouts. If any experts or experienced people have any tips for a healthy sheet mask regimen, I'd love to hear them. I'm also curious about how you all manage your skin during the seasonal transition!

저도 피부가 푸석해질 때마다 마스크팩 주기를 어떻게 해야 할지 고민돼요.
꾸준히 하되 피부 상태에 맞춰 횟수를 조절하는 게 가장 좋은 방법 같아요.
