My skin looks so dull these days, so I'm thinking about using a sheet mask.
A few days ago, I took a selfie with a friend at a cafe, and I was shocked by how dull my skin looked, even with a filter. When I looked in the mirror, my uneven skin tone was more pronounced under the light, and it felt completely dehydrated. So, I'm trying to start a proper home skincare routine, and the first thing I'm curious about is how often I should use sheet masks. I used to just use them whenever I felt like it, but now I want to be more systematic. I'm worried that using them too frequently might actually irritate my skin, so I can't decide how often to use them. While the one-a-day mask is trendy, I'm also worried that it might not work for my sensitive skin. I'm also curious if you differentiate between using functional masks and regular hydrating ones. Could you give me some advice on how you guys manage your routine when you have severe dryness like mine?
