What kind of "skin care cosmetics" would be good? I was surprised when I looked in the mirror after returning from my trip.

I recently went on a trip to Jeju Island with friends. We had a great time, enjoying the ocean breeze and taking lots of pictures in the sun. However, when I got home, washed my face as usual and looked in the mirror under the bright lights, I noticed that my cheekbones looked particularly dull. Previously, I would have just thought it was a slight tan, but now I'm starting to notice faint blemishes, and I'm seriously worried. I've been particularly concerned that makeup can't hide them, so I've decided it's time to start using a proper "blemish control" product. I'm only in my 20s, and I never thought I'd be thinking about this kind of care so soon. Do you know how you handle blemishes? If you know of any gentle yet effective "blemish control" products, I'd really appreciate it. I'm also worried that something too harsh might not suit my sensitive skin. I'm trying to be more thorough, so I've been researching "blemish control" products, but with so many brands and types, it's been hard to choose. Are there any products that are good to start with, regardless of skin type? Sharing your valuable experiences would be a great help in making a choice.
