While reading community posts, I've seen many people say that washing your face with just water in the morning without using cleansing foam is good for your skin. Since I have oily skin, my T-zone tends to get quite oily when I wake up, so I'm a little worried if just washing with water is enough. I also worry that it might actually cause more breakouts because impurities aren't being properly removed. Has anyone with oily or combination skin switched to washing with water and seen any results? Or would it be better to use a mildly acidic cleanser? I'd appreciate your feedback.
My friend, who has dry skin, raved about how much her redness has subsided since she started washing her face with water, so I'm trying to muster up the courage to try it myself.
