I just went to a brunch cafe with a friend and got some amazing shots. It really made me realize how powerful my daily routine can be! The biggest change I've noticed is drinking a glass of lukewarm water as soon as I open my eyes in the morning and doing some light stretching to improve circulation. I used to oversleep and rush to get ready, but after investing just 10 minutes to change my routine, my facial puffiness has gone down much faster. I've also found that laying a clean towel on my pillow before bed has been incredibly helpful in preventing breakouts. This is a great skincare tip for those with sensitive skin like mine. I'm so happy that I didn't feel bloated even after eating a lot of carbs for brunch, so I think my consistent probiotic and vitamin intake have also played a role. But then a question suddenly occurred to me.
