Are there any highly moisturizing creams you would recommend?

I tried using good cosmetics at Daiso, but if I only consider cost-effectiveness, it might not be good for my skin, and if I buy expensive cosmetics, it would be too much of a burden on my family budget.

But now that I'm in my late 30s, I definitely need a highly moisturizing cream. I feel like skin lotion alone doesn't provide enough moisture. It actually makes my skin feel too dry. But I also thought it wouldn't be realistic to use a sheet mask every day. So I thought, what if I just slathered my skin with a moisturizing cream before bed?

Do dermatologists also sell high-moisture creams? I was wondering if you have any recommendations!
