By any chance, if I go to a dermatologist, will they squeeze out those white, millet-like milia on my eyelids without causing any pain?

Sometime ago, I started getting a few milia around my eyes and on my eyelids. They aren't acne, but they look like tiny white, hard granules embedded in the skin, and they just won't go away. I tried squeezing them out with a needle at home, but since it's near my eyes, it felt too risky, and my skin just turned red, so I gave up. I looked it up, and it says that if I go to a dermatologist, they have to make holes with a laser to extract them. However, since the area is near my eyelids, I'm terrified that it might be very painful even with anesthesia or irritate my eyes. If anyone has had milia removed from their eye area at a dermatology clinic, please leave a comment with a real review about how painful it was and how many days it took for the marks to disappear. I really can't bring myself to go to the clinic right away.
