How painful is the melasma skin booster treatment?

I have been very concerned because my skin is usually so dry and rough that it lacks vitality and makes my complexion look dull. Instead of just changing my cosmetics, I am seriously considering trying a melasma skin booster treatment that directly injects salmon extract or hyaluronic acid into the skin.

I have heard that the effectiveness is certain since the medication is administered directly into the dermis using a device or needle, but I am extremely worried about how painful it will be when the needle goes in, as I am a total crybaby and cannot tolerate pain. I am wondering if applying anesthetic cream for an extended period will significantly reduce the pain and make it bearable.

I would like to know if anyone gives up halfway due to the pain during the injection, and I am curious about the pain level of this precise melasma skin booster procedure. If there are any types of melasma skin boosters that are less painful, please recommend them, and please let me know if even those with sensitive skin can receive this injection.
