Is Clarity blemish treatment possible even on old blemishes?

Hello. I am considering dermatological treatment because the pigmentation on my face, which has been there for a long time, appears to have become darker recently. I have several old blemishes, particularly around my cheeks, and I am writing to inquire if laser treatment can improve pigmentation that has existed for a long time. I am looking into Clarity blemish treatment and am curious if there are differences in treatment methods or responses depending on whether the pigmentation is old or recently formed.
