Is the improvement in texture and the effects of Juvelook really dramatic enough to be worth the risk?

Lately, the hollowing in my cheeks and the sagging pores in my butterfly zone are really bad. I was shocked after seeing a photo taken under indoor lighting, and that's how I ended up buying Juvelook.
I really don't want it to look excessively puffy like fillers, so I was totally hooked because they said it feels like collagen is naturally filling up from deep within. However, after looking it up, I found out that it depends heavily on the doctor's skill, so I'm suddenly becoming very cautious.
I'm scared because I occasionally see reviews mentioning nodules, but are the texture improvement and plumping effects of Juvelook really dramatic enough to be worth the risk?
