For those of you who have experience with blemish treatment, were you satisfied?

I’ve used up several bottles of whitening cosmetics and essences, but honestly, they just felt like they didn't sit on the surface and were completely ineffective on dark pigmentation. In the end, I thought it would be better to get proper blemish treatment rather than spending money on cosmetics, so I am currently looking into Maypure.
But considering the cost of the procedure, it’s not just a small amount of money, so I’m worried it would feel so pointless if I spent it only to have it go back to how it was before.
For those of you who have actually received blemish treatment at a dermatology clinic, were you satisfied enough to hear compliments about how clear your skin looked afterward? I’m curious if you can’t see any results after just one or two sessions, or if you need to get a package to see long-lasting effects.
