Does the weight loss injection really suppress your appetite?

I have an appointment scheduled to visit a dermatologist this weekend to consult about weight loss injections for appetite suppression. I plan to go because I usually can't resist late-night snacks or spicy food as soon as I get off work, but I am curious if getting the injection really suppresses my cravings like magic.

It will be convenient since the director will take care of the injection, but I am a little worried even before going because I heard that side effects like nausea or bloating can occur. I am also wondering if I can get a prescription for painkillers or stomach medication from the hospital if I feel unwell after receiving the weight loss injection.

For those of you currently visiting the hospital to receive weight loss injections, do you usually start feeling a loss of appetite a few hours after the injection? Are there any specific questions I should ask before my first visit?
