As the weather gets chilly, perhaps due to the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors, the area around my cheeks frequently turns red and feels rough. When I apply foundation, it cakes off and looks all white. Even when I apply a generous amount of moisturizer, it just sits on the surface and doesn't feel like it's soothing my skin from within, so I'm thinking of getting some treatment at a dermatologist's office.
