My skin looks patchy every time I apply makeup, so I'm worried about managing my skin texture.

화장할 때마다 피부가 들떠서 피부결 관리 고민이에요

Lately, when I look in the mirror, I am more concerned about my skin texture than my skin tone. In the past, my skin seemed fairly smooth just by washing my face and moisturizing well, but these days, even when I apply makeup, there are areas where it looks patchy, and when viewed up close, my skin feels rough overall. In particular, when I touch the areas around my cheeks and chin, they don't feel smooth and seem to have some small bumps. I have tried exfoliating at home and consistently using moisturizers and face masks, but since the improvement is only temporary, I am considering getting professional treatment at a dermatologist. I am also curious if skin texture management methods vary significantly depending on the condition of the skin. I am not exactly sure if the roughness is simply due to dead skin cells or dryness, or if it is caused by enlarged pores or excess sebum. I would like to know what procedures or treatments dermatologists commonly perform to improve skin texture, and if there is a difference after just one or two sessions. I would appreciate recommendations for methods to achieve naturally smooth skin rather than undergoing overly stimulating procedures.
