I finally booked a Pico Toning appointment for this weekend! Since it's the change of seasons, I think post-treatment care is really important. I'm curious to hear your tips on how you all care for your skin at home after toning. I assume applying moisturizer and sunscreen thoroughly is a given, but do you happen to have any recommendations for a non-irritating regenerating cream or a gentle sheet mask? Also, please share any special precautions I should take when washing my face or doing light exercise on the day of the procedure. I really want to take proper care of my skin to achieve clear and radiant skin this season! It should get better after the treatment, right? I'm really looking forward to the results.
