Would a skin booster help with the areas on my cheeks that look like dry fine lines?

I am writing to inquire because I feel like fine lines are becoming visible on the skin around my cheeks as the weather gets drier. It didn't usually bother me much, but right after washing my face or on days when I lack moisture, my skin looks like it has thin folds.
