Is it okay to wash my face and hair as usual on the day I get the skin booster? lol

I feel like this might be too trivial a question, but this is what I'm most curious about lol.
I plan to get a skin booster in the evening after work, but I don't know how to wash my face when I get home.
Since I usually wear makeup to work, I have to make sure to cleanse in the evening, but I was a little concerned about whether it was okay to rub my treated skin right away.
Is it okay to lightly wash my face with lukewarm water even on the day I receive a skin booster?
Or I wonder if there are many people who minimize washing their face on that day if possible and go back to their usual routine starting the next day.
I tend to use cleansing oil, but since it involves a long massage process by hand, I think it might be better to avoid this method on the day of the procedure.
Would it be easier to just wash briefly using the least irritation possible?
And I'm also curious about washing my hair.
I tend to use hot water for quite a long time when washing my hair at night, so my face naturally gets very hot.
I'm not sure if it's better to wash my hair the next day after using the skin booster, or if it doesn't matter as long as I lower the water temperature.
Should I avoid having the water stream hit my face too strongly while showering at first?
