How many days should I take a break from exercising after getting the skin booster? I tend to sweat a lot, so I'm worried.
I want to try a skin booster, but I'm more worried about my workout schedule than the procedure itself haha.
I usually exercise about four or five times a week, and I tend to sweat quite a lot once I start. So, my biggest question is whether it is okay to exercise on the day of the procedure or the day after.
If I exercise immediately after receiving a skin booster, could my skin become redder or the heat sensation last longer?
I think my skin will be sensitive right after the procedure, so I'm thinking I should rest on the day itself, but I'm not sure if I can do some light exercise starting the next day haha.
I do both weight training and cardio, but my face tends to heat up really quickly, especially when I do cardio, so I'm worried it might irritate my skin that recently had procedures done.
For those of you who work out after receiving a skin booster, how many days of rest did you usually take?
Would it be okay to rest for a day or so rather than stopping exercise completely, and then start again with a lower intensity?
I am also wondering if I should avoid hot showers or saunas after exercising.
I have a habit of taking a long shower with hot water after working out, so I think I need to adjust that too, haha.
I am also wondering if the effects might last longer if I sweat a lot while there is still some bumpiness or redness remaining on my skin after receiving the skin booster.
I would like to hear your experience on whether it is realistically okay to get the procedure on a weekday evening, rest the next day, and return to your normal workout routine two days later.
If there are any of you who exercise frequently like me and have consistently received skin boosters, on which day of the week did you usually make your appointments?
Effectiveness is important, but I don't want to take too long of a break from exercising, so I'm curious how you actually managed to combine the two.

- 01CommentsIt must be really frustrating if your skin still feels tight even after applying cream. Instead of deciding on the number of sessions right away, try asking them to look into why your skin is sensitive right now. Also, be sure to ask about bruises or marks before scheduling an appointment.220026.10.22
- 02CommentsI understand you are concerned because the butterfly zone is the area that stands out the most when applying makeup. It would be good to hear about how the Quad Say procedure works first. You can also check how much marks are left depending on the method used.220026.10.22
- 03CommentsIt’s great that you’re thinking about deciding on the changes you want first rather than just the product names, haha. It would be convenient for the consultation if you also wrote down the cosmetics or medications you use. I’m also curious about what you should skip from your daily routine during your recovery.190026.10.22
- 01CommentsIt would be helpful for the consultation if you specifically identified your concerns as fine lines, enlarged pores, and pitted marks. Rather than determining suitability based solely on age or skin thickness, please have your current skin condition and specific goals for each area examined first. It would be easier to make a decision if you could mention in advance any areas where you do not wish to see volume changes, and if you could also receive guidance on the injection method, expected reactions, and the criteria for contacting us if adverse reactions, such as nodules, are suspected.810026.10.21
- 02CommentsIt is good that you are trying to verify the purpose and suitability first, rather than deciding based solely on the product name. During the consultation, please ask for a detailed explanation of the exact product name, ingredients, injection method, and actual amount to be used. When comparing quotes, compare whether the area and usage are under the same conditions, and ask whether costs for anesthesia, sedation care, VAT, and follow-up monitoring are included; this will make it easier to understand the total cost.340026.10.21
- 03CommentsIt is good that you are distinguishing between dryness, changes in skin texture, and the number of sessions required. During the consultation, confirm whether moisturizing care is needed first and identify the goals for each product. Also, ask what items will be evaluated after the first treatment and when to determine the interval for future sessions. Since the duration of swelling and bruising varies from person to person, inform them of your scheduled appointment in advance. It would also be helpful to receive separate guidance on expected reactions and the criteria for changes requiring further treatment to make planning easier.600026.10.21
- 01CommentsIt would be really helpful to have before and after photos for reference. I especially want to see how it has settled after 2-3 weeks, rather than immediately afterward. I'm also curious if it's the type that improves over time or if there is an immediate difference.640026.09.06

- 03CommentsI understand you must be very concerned about your skin drying out quickly even after applying moisturizer. Since I have not yet experienced the procedure myself, it is difficult for me to comment on satisfaction levels. However, I would like to discuss whether your skin is sensitive and how to moisturize during recovery. I would also appreciate it if you could receive a thorough explanation regarding potential pain and reactions to watch out for.380026.10.08
