I have combination skin; my face is oily and shiny in the summer, but feels tight on my cheeks after washing when the weather cools down. I also get breakouts frequently, so I am confused about whether I should focus solely on moisturizing or prioritize managing sebum and acne. I have never had any cosmetic procedures.
I am wondering if skin boosters are recommended only for generally dry skin.
