Do you recommend a skin booster for skin that is dull and lacks vitality?

Even though I get enough sleep, I am often told that my face looks tired. My skin tone isn't particularly dark, but overall, it lacks vitality and looks dull. Even when I try to cover it up with makeup, it sometimes makes my skin look stuffy, so I would like to take care of the condition of my skin itself.

I would like to inquire if skin boosters are suitable for these specific skin concerns. I am also curious if the recommended type differs depending on whether the skin simply lacks moisture or has a dull tone. When choosing a skin booster treatment, which should I consider most important: the ingredients or my skin condition?

Since this is my first time receiving a skin booster treatment, I would like to know if I need multiple sessions and when I can start seeing changes after the first treatment. My skin tends to be sensitive, so I would also appreciate it if you could explain how much redness or irritation might occur after the procedure.
