Is Rejuran suitable for inner skin dryness during the change of seasons?

With the temperature dropping sharply and autumn arriving, it seems my skin barrier has completely broken down. My skin is so dry from the inside out these days it's driving me crazy.
The outside is clearly shiny and oily, but the inside is parched!
A real vicious cycle is repeating itself.
