How effective can I expect Juvelook to be on skin with a rough texture and severe internal dryness?

I was looking into different types of skin boosters and have been seeing a lot of talk about Jubelook lately, so I'm seriously considering it.

Perhaps because of the changing seasons, my skin feels dry from within and the texture is rough, causing my makeup to constantly cake. Even switching moisturizers only provides temporary relief, so I am starting to look into treatments that can firm up the skin itself.

What I'm curious about is whether I can feel the effects of Juvelook in terms of texture improvement or internal dryness, or if it is more accurate to focus on elasticity and pores. I would also like to know if the effects appear immediately or gradually develop over a few weeks.

If anyone has received a consultation for the Juve Look at Maypure, I would appreciate your advice on how long the bumps or swelling last, and whether they can be covered with makeup the next day when going to work! I want to keep this in mind before my consultation.
