Office workers, I'm curious about the typical acne treatment cycle.
I'm looking into starting acne treatment, but I'm more worried about the schedule than the effectiveness lol.
I have to go to work on weekdays and have plans on weekends, so if I have to go to the dermatologist too often, I'm not really confident I can do it consistently.
My skin isn't completely broken out right now, but breakouts keep popping up and then subsiding repeatedly. Some weeks it's fine, while other weeks it suddenly deteriorates, so my skin condition is really erratic.
So I'm thinking about getting acne treatment, and I'm wondering how often I should go at first.
Is the acne treatment cycle about once a week, or is it possible to have it at intervals of two weeks or a month?
I'm also curious if the frequency varies depending on the type of treatment.
I think going every week would be a bit difficult, so if possible, I would like to start with a schedule that is realistic and sustainable for the long term.
I am wondering if it is possible to receive acne treatments a little more frequently at first, and then gradually increase the intervals once my skin stabilizes.
For example, are there people who initially receive treatments at regular intervals but later switch to getting them only when their skin condition worsens?
Also, I would like to know if I receive the treatment as is even if my skin looks better than expected on the day of my appointment, or if the process is adjusted to my condition that day, such as for soothing or other treatments.
I'm the type of person who takes a break from skincare as soon as it gets better, so I kept repeating the pattern of it getting worse again and then frantically trying to do something about it.
When I start acne treatment this time, I want to try doing it consistently for a while rather than doing it that way.
For those of you who have received acne treatment for several months or more, how did your initial and later cycles differ?
I am also curious whether it was okay to get treatment about once a month after my skin had stabilized significantly, or if I needed to continue going regularly.
For those of you who have consistently received acne treatment while working, please share your actual treatment schedule. I'm curious about a pattern that allows you to maintain your routine without overdoing it.

- 01CommentsIt seems we're similar in that you're thinking of visiting after work. I'm curious about this too, as it looks like it will take quite a while if I have to do the extraction and soothing. I also need to break the habit of touching it with my hands, but it's not easy.150026.10.23

During the consultation, it would be helpful to ask which areas of your skin should be addressed first and how many sessions are required to monitor progress, as this will aid in creating a treatment plan.210026.10.23
