In what order are inflammation, marks, and pores evaluated for the effectiveness of acne treatment?

I am a 30-year-old woman concerned about acne and enlarged pores. I would like to know if I can receive separate explanations regarding areas with breakouts and existing blemishes during my acne treatment consultation at Maypure. I suspect that even within the same face, the priority for managing current inflammation might differ from the priority for examining pore conditions. Rather than deciding on a procedure in advance, I would like to know the criteria used to determine the order of treatment during the consultation.

When assessing the effectiveness of acne treatment, which is evaluated first: the number of new breakouts, redness, or skin texture? I am also curious if there are separate timings for checking changes in inflammation and the fading of marks. I would like to be advised on whether it is acceptable to set improving pores as a single goal, or if separate management plans are necessary for these aspects.

Also, is there any information I should prepare for the consultation before starting acne treatment, other than the list of cosmetics I am currently using? I would like to know what lighting and intervals I should use to take photos to compare my condition, and which changes require an in-person examination rather than just photos. Please explain when we should re-evaluate the initial goals and decide on the next steps, rather than simply completing the set number of sessions.
