For red acne, do you see extraction or an anti-inflammatory injection first?

I have combination skin that gets very oily in the summer and feels tight after washing my face in the fall, but I tend to get acne frequently even when the seasons change. I am worried that touching the breakouts at home will only irritate them further, so I am wondering how clinics classify this condition.

I noticed that Maypure's Acne Basic Care includes both extraction and anti-inflammatory injections. Are these two treatments performed separately based on the shape of the acne or the severity of the inflammation? I would also like to know if the areas requiring extraction and the areas receiving the anti-inflammatory injection might be different during a single visit.

Since my skin feels tight and dry in the fall, I am wondering if a soothing pack alone is sufficient after extractions or injections, and if I can exclude the White Peel or add moisturizing care depending on my skin condition.
