What is the best way to manage recurring acne around my chin?

Lately, I've been worried because acne keeps popping up repeatedly on my chin and around my mouth. At first, there were only one or two, so I thought they would go away on their own, but as soon as one subsides, another one appears right next to it, so it's lasting longer than I expected.

I am particularly bothered by the red marks left behind after the acne has subsided, rather than the red bumps themselves. They aren't completely covered even with makeup, and because my skin looks patchy overall, my jawline keeps catching my eye when I take photos.

At home, I try to avoid touching my skin with my hands as much as possible, and I am also cutting back on harsh scrubs and exfoliation. Even though I focus on soothing care after cleansing, it seems like the recurring breakouts aren't really getting under control.

I am wondering if I should start with extraction or soothing treatments at a dermatology clinic for the acne that keeps popping up around my chin like this, or if I should also get acne laser treatment or other procedures. I would also like to know what methods are good for managing the red marks as well.
