I have severe blackheads on my nose, and it looks red all the way to the tip.

코 블랙헤드가 심하고 코끝까지 빨개 보여요

I've always had a lot of sebum on my nose, but lately, blackheads have become very visible, which is stressing me out. Even after washing my face, the black spots remain visible, and the tip of my nose looks particularly red. Makeup covers them up a bit, but as time passes, only the area around my nose becomes shiny, and my pores seem to stand out even more. I used to use nose strips frequently, but perhaps they irritated my skin, as my nose feels more sensitive now, making it difficult to manage carelessly.

I feel there is a limit to how much I can remove sebum at home, so I am planning to consult a dermatologist. I am wondering if these symptoms of a "strawberry nose" are simply caused by excessive sebum, or if they could be due to other skin issues. Will the redness improve along with blackhead extraction and sebum control treatments? I would also like to know if laser treatment is necessary in some cases. Since my nose skin tends to be sensitive, I would prefer a treatment with minimal irritation. I would appreciate it if the clinic staff could advise on which method would be suitable for me.
