My acne marks have hardened into redness now that the seasons are changing, so they won't go away.

The acne marks that appeared one or two at a time during the summer have hardened into redness and brown pigmentation now that the seasons are changing, and they just won't go away. The red marks and scarring discoloration are mixed together, making my face look really messy. Would Pico Toning be effective for improving these kinds of acne marks or red discoloration? I'm really struggling to decide whether to get a vascular laser or Pico Toning. If anyone has seen results with Pico Toning for discoloration left from acne like me, please share your reviews or tips on choosing a clinic! Please share your information. Since I'm getting the treatment anyway, I'd also like to address my wrinkles around my eyes. Is that possible? I'd like to get both treatments done at the same time. I'm so upset.
