Who is recommended for acne treatment? Do you also look into chin blemishes?

I am concerned about chin acne marks, cheek redness, and skin texture. I am wondering if scar management is included in the recommended acne treatments. First, I would like to hear an explanation on how Maypure distinguishes between areas that appear red and areas where pigmentation has remained.
During an acne treatment consultation, is the treatment sequence determined differently based on whether there are any current breakouts? I am also curious whether marks and skin texture are considered the same issue or if they need to be checked separately. I do not want to have multiple treatments scheduled together unconditionally.
