Can the recommended number of acne treatments be adjusted based on the progress?

Hello. I am a woman in my 30s looking for a consultation regarding concerns about acne and pores. I am writing to inquire whether I must decide on a fixed package from the start when receiving guidance on the recommended number of acne treatments, or if it is possible to determine the duration by checking my progress periodically based on my skin condition.

It seems the goals of the stage for calming current breakouts differ from the stage for examining pores or remaining marks. I would like to know what criteria are used to move to the next stage in an acne treatment plan. Do you consider the frequency of new breakouts and the degree of inflammation in addition to the number of visible blemishes? What information should I prepare for the consultation to help with the assessment?

I would also like to know if the timing of interim check-ups differs depending on whether the treatment includes procedures other than extraction or soothing, even if the recommended number of sessions is the same. I would also like to know in advance if the plan can be readjusted if my condition improves or, conversely, if irritation develops before completing the initial scheduled sessions.

During the acne treatment consultation, I would like to be explained the goals tailored to my skin and the re-evaluation criteria first, rather than focusing on whether to opt for a long-term package. Please advise if I wish to mention that I only want a consultation when making the initial reservation, and also recommend what kind of records should be kept for comparison between sessions.
