Is extraction absolutely necessary when treating milia?

Lately, I've been getting a lot of bumps on my forehead and cheeks, and I'm worried that my skin texture looks rough. Up close, they feel like small granules, and even when I apply makeup, it doesn't look smooth. I know it's not good to touch them with my hands at home, but I don't know how to manage them.

Can these small bumps improve with acne treatment? I am curious whether the clinic proceeds with extraction depending on the condition, or if they manage it using other methods first. Is it possible for the skin to become very red or for marks to remain for a long time if I get extractions?

I would also like to know if it is possible to treat multiple areas at once. My skin tends to be sensitive, so I am concerned about harsh acne treatments. I am wondering if you adjust the intensity of the procedure according to my skin condition in such cases. Could I also receive guidance on care methods I should be careful about at home?
