How do I record shaving and mask irritation before a Maypure chin trouble consultation?

I am preparing for a consultation because I am experiencing recurring skin trouble on my chin and around my mouth. I am wondering if the Maypure consultation distinguishes between redness immediately after shaving and irritation from wearing a mask for a long time as different causes. Since I am usually fine but breakouts occur after getting ready for work or wearing a mask for an extended period, I would like to know what kind of records would be helpful.

Would it be helpful to write down the time I shaved, the products I used, the duration of mask wear, and my skin reactions for about a week before visiting Maypure? I am also wondering if taking photos of the same spot in the morning and evening, or comparing my face before and after washing, would be helpful for the consultation.

I would also like to know how the consultation and treatment sequence is determined when there are both current redness and old marks. Rather than deciding on extraction or laser treatment first, I would like to assess the condition of my skin barrier and daily irritations first. During the Maypure consultation, is it possible to choose to postpone treatment on highly irritated areas and proceed only with other areas on the same day?

After the consultation, please advise on the criteria for determining what to practice at home, such as replacing shaving tools, using moisturizers and sunscreen, and mask care. I would also like to know if it is acceptable to return after gathering more lifestyle records, rather than receiving treatment immediately on the same day.
