Do you happen to know the appropriate frequency for applying a sheet mask?
I went shopping at a department store with a friend today for the first time in a while, and I was truly shocked when I saw my face under the fitting room lights. I don't think my skin used to look this dull even after work; my makeup was flaking off because the corners of my mouth and eyes were so dry. Thinking that it might be time for some functional skincare, I pulled out the face masks piled up in my drawer as soon as I got home. To be honest, I've only used them occasionally whenever I remembered, but I think I need to start managing my skin systematically by setting a mask pack schedule. It's quite confusing; some famous beauty channels say using a mask pack every day is good, while others say over-nutrition can actually cause breakouts. Since my skin tends to be sensitive, I'm worried that setting a mask pack schedule too frequently might actually be a burden on it. I'm curious to know what criteria you all use to adjust your mask pack routine. Some of you probably use them every day, while others stick to doing them two or three times a week, right? Could you share some valuable tips on what routines you follow on days when your skin feels particularly tired or when you have an important event coming up? I look forward to your sincere advice.
