I'm curious about the duration of the Skin Botox procedure. Is it effective for pores and oiliness?

I'm going on a trip with friends next month and want to take care of my skin, but I'm really worried because my pores and oiliness have gotten so bad lately. By 2 or 3 PM, my nose and cheeks get completely greasy, causing my makeup to cake, and I feel like my pores are getting bigger, so I'm scared to take pictures.
Then I saw a post saying that getting Skin Botox is good for managing pores and sebum! However, since I am pressed for time due to school classes and my part-time job, I am most curious about how long the procedure takes. I want to know if it is something I can just pop in and get done quickly during a break between classes!
Also, I'm curious if getting skin Botox is very painful, and since I'm a bit of a scaredy-cat, I'm wondering if they apply anesthetic cream. Please let me know how long the effects last and if I can apply makeup immediately afterward!
