I am curious about the characteristics of forehead fillers and want to know if they fill naturally.

A few days ago, while organizing photos on my phone, I placed a picture of myself from a few years ago alongside a recent one, and it immediately caught my eye that my forehead had become much flatter and sunken to the sides compared to before. Back then, my forehead was round and round, which made me look much younger. I tried to think that it was just a natural part of aging, but seeing it with my own eyes made me feel a bit down.

On top of that, I became very thin for a while while juggling working at the cafe and raising the kids. As I lost weight, my forehead and temples seem to look more sunken.

So lately, I've been looking up various articles about forehead fillers. As I searched, I realized I wanted to properly understand the characteristics of forehead fillers. My biggest concern is what to do if it looks too obviously swollen or unnatural. I'm curious if forehead fillers are designed to naturally add volume, or if they can look bumpy depending on the individual. My forehead is on the flatter side, so I'd also like to know how much filling looks natural and how that is determined during the consultation.

I am also curious about how long it lasts once injected. I heard that it gradually diminishes over time, so I want to know if I need to get it done again in a few months, or if it tends to last a long time. I am also worried about whether the bruising or swelling lasts a long time after getting forehead fillers. Since I have a job where I stand at the shop for a long time, it would be inconvenient if the procedure marks were noticeable.
