My first ever Botox review

Hello, I am an office worker in my 30s with many skin concerns.

My skin wasn't originally that bad, but ever since I passed thirty, I've noticed that my skin texture isn't what it used to be. What bothered me most was the unevenness on my forehead and butterfly zone. As you can see in the photos, the bumps show through even with makeup on, and they look even more prominent when the light hits them. I considered chemical peels or Fraxel, but the cost was a burden and recovery time was required, so I just kept hesitating...

A friend happened to recommend a Botox treatment to me. They told me it was called 'dermal Botox (Dermotoxin),' which is injected into the surface of the skin, and that it is very effective for uneven skin texture and fine wrinkles. Honestly, I hesitated because I was a bit scared of injections, but since they applied numbing cream thoroughly, the pain was more bearable than I expected. There was some slight redness immediately after the procedure, but it subsided quickly.

It has been about two weeks since the procedure, and I am extremely satisfied with the results! (This is the before photo. I will upload the after photo later!) Amazingly, the bumpy texture shown in the picture has largely disappeared. My skin looks much smoother, and best of all, my makeup applies really well. Before, foundation used to get stuck in the bumps, but now it feels like it adheres perfectly.

Of course, this isn't a permanent procedure, but if you are stressed about uneven skin texture, I think it is worth considering at least once. I hope my review will be of some help to those of you who, like me, are struggling with bumps!
