As I experienced stress at work, I found myself unconsciously developing a habit of frowning. The director carefully observed my facial muscle movements and then administered the injection in a very precise location. The procedure was over in an instant, taking less than 5 minutes, and since there was no bruising or pain, I was able to head straight to my appointment.
A few days after the procedure, I could definitely feel the effects of Botox firsthand; even when I tried to furrow my brow, the muscles didn't tense up excessively, making my facial expression much softer and smoother.
