I was worried because deep wrinkles formed on my forehead whenever I made a facial expression, so I tried forehead Botox for the first time.
I was very nervous since it was my first time, but I felt reassured because the consultation was thorough. The procedure also took only about 10 minutes, so I was able to receive it without any burden. It stung a little when I got the injection, and the pain wasn't as severe as I expected.
There wasn't much change immediately after the procedure, but after about 3 to 5 days, I felt less tension in my forehead, and after about a week, the wrinkles naturally subsided, giving me a much cleaner look. I was satisfied because it didn't feel excessively stiff or unnatural.
After the procedure, I avoided drinking alcohol, using a sauna, or engaging in strenuous exercise on the same day, and took care not to rub or massage my face vigorously. There were no significant side effects, and I experienced no major inconvenience in my daily life.
