I visited a dentist because of jaw joint pain, and they told me I have a strong bite force and a habit of chewing on one side. As you can see in the photo, my jaw muscles bulge significantly and distinctly when I clench my teeth. It is less noticeable from the side, but it looks quite angular from the front. I am concerned that this gives me a rough and coarse impression. Also, I am subtly bothered by my masseter muscles bulging out every time I close my mouth while eating. Should I get jaw Botox? I am curious about reviews from those who have had jaw Botox. Is it uncomfortable to chew after the injection? And how long does the effect last? Is it okay to get a cheap injection anywhere?
