I'm really enjoying using the Primey Hydration Toner.

My skin is very dehydrated,
I usually apply a generous amount of toner.

After washing your face, gently wipe with toner, and
Then, I apply the Premay True Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Toner again,
I like it because it feels like it really hydrates my skin haha.

It has a refreshing texture, so it isn't heavy to apply and is full of moisture!

I found it especially good to apply a hydrating toner when doing my basic skincare routine before makeup.
It is not oily, so it doesn't feel heavy, and the moisture absorbs immediately without sitting on the surface.
I think the makeup applies better even if I apply it right over it.

It has a watery texture, but it effectively relieves inner dryness and has a large capacity.
I'm really spending generously these days lol

I would definitely repurchase this, so I recommend it.
