What I was most satisfied with after getting lip fillers was the change in my lip shape when I smiled.
When I take photos, my lips tend to curl inward, so they are barely visible. Because of this, I often felt a bit disappointed whenever I looked at the pictures.
At first, I tried to solve the problem with makeup, using lip liners and switching between various lip products, but there were limitations. Then, after hearing that lip fillers could naturally enhance the shape of the lips, I began to consider them.
During the consultation, I showed you a photo and mentioned that my concern was my lips becoming too thin when I smiled. You explained that it would be better to proceed while considering the shape of my lips when smiling rather than from the front. That was what I liked most, so I decided to go ahead with the procedure.
The procedure didn't take long and finished much more comfortably than I expected. I thought it would be very painful since it was on my lips, but perhaps thanks to the anesthesia, it was bearable. There was some swelling immediately after the procedure, but it wasn't a major inconvenience, and I went about my daily life as long as I followed the instructions carefully.
Once the swelling went down, what I was most satisfied with was how I looked when smiling. Before, my lips used to feel like they were curling inward, but now I really liked that my lip line stayed pretty even when I smiled. I felt the difference more significantly in photos taken by others than in selfies.
After getting lip fillers, I haven't changed my makeup style much, but I've been told a few times that my facial expression looks a bit softer.
