I went to a buffet last Saturday.
I weighed myself and found that I had gained as much as 1.5kg.
So I made up my mind to go for a one-hour run at night.
I weighed myself again the next morning and lost 0.5kg hahaha
I think maintaining weight is harder than losing it when it comes to controlling weight.
There are always food temptations.
But I can't just stay at home either.
Dieting is something you do 365 days a year~ lol
