The basis of moisture hydration for the skin and intestines is water.
On several TV shows, they say to drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day.
It's about 8 cups.
But, I can't seem to drink 8 glasses of plain water.
So I looked into the video and found out that it was 1.5 to 2 liters in quantity, but it wasn't pure water.
This includes the amount consumed from morning to night in the form of food, fruit, tea, etc.
I'm a little happy to see that.. haha
I can't measure it exactly, but I thought it was worth a try.
So, about 4 glasses of 1 liter a day..
I drink it on an empty stomach in the morning, before meals, and after meals to satisfy my thirst.
2 liters of water is too much for me..
2 x 0.5 liters on the left
Or eat about 1 liter of the right one...
