Skin aging: why does it happen so quickly?
These days, whenever I look in the mirror, I feel upset because the wrinkles around my eyes and nasolabial folds seem to have deepened.
In the past, it was okay to stay up all night, but now, if I'm tired for just one day, it shows on my face.
I looked it up and found that skin aging isn't simply due to age! External factors like UV rays, stress, lack of sleep, smoking, and nutritional imbalances are far more significant. UV rays, in particular, destroy collagen, leading to loss of elasticity and even pigmentation—it's frightening...
So these days, I always wear sunscreen indoors, and I'm managing my skin with vitamin C ampoules and a diet rich in antioxidants. If I do this consistently, I can definitely feel the difference in my skin texture!
