1리터 정도는 먹는 거 같은데요 2l는 도저히 못 먹겠습니다 예전에 결석 때문인가 물을 엄청 많이 먹은 적이 있었는데 화장실도 급해지고 오히려 몸이 안 좋아지는 거 같아서 너무 많이 못 먹겠어요
We often hear that you should drink two liters of water a day to have clear skin. But honestly, if I try to drink only plain water, it'll just make me feel sick and make me have to go to the bathroom more often, which is really annoying. I try to drink consciously, but it's hard to even fill half of my water bottle. Are there any teas that are easier to drink and help with hydration besides plain water? I'm curious about how you all get your daily dose of water. It seems like even drinking water requires a lot of willpower, haha.
I drink from a tumbler often, but I have to go to the bathroom often...ㅠㅠ
