My skin condition is suddenly improving now that it's the weekend lol
Maybe it's because I slept in late for the first time in a while, but my skin looks pretty good today—smooth, soft, and firm. It might feel firm because my face looks a bit puffy from sleeping so much, but regardless, it definitely looks much better than yesterday!
As expected, it seems that when your physical condition is good, your skin condition improves as well.
Today, I prepared a healthy meal, went to the gym for the first time in a while in the afternoon, and even took care of my skin with a modeling mask when I got home.
This week was so busy that I couldn't even get proper sleep, let alone exercise, and I just made do with unhealthy food. My stamina was low, and I felt like I wasn't taking care of myself at all, so I was just about to feel a bit lethargic. But today, I feel proud and happy because I think I spent this precious Saturday productively.
How great would it be if my body and skin were in this condition every day, haha.
