As expected, a good night's sleep is the best for your skin.
This is Day 8 of my skincare log. Yesterday, I went to bed as early as possible and got a good night's sleep. When I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror, my skin felt much calmer. I was relieved to see that the small pimples that started appearing two days ago after drinking alcohol seemed to have subsided noticeably. At the time, I was particularly self-conscious because the areas around my chin and cheeks were especially sensitive and red, but I realized once again that getting enough sleep has an immediate impact on my skin condition.
Although it hasn't completely disappeared yet, I am relieved to see that the inflammation is gradually subsiding rather than worsening. I believe it is indeed important to minimize irritation and give the skin ample time to recover. Today, I plan to maintain my current condition by avoiding spicy foods and increasing my water intake. I am hopeful that if I continue to care for it consistently like I did yesterday, it will recover to a clearer state within a few days.
