Taking Care of Inner Beauty with a Skin Condition Management Routine for the Changing Seasons

In the past, I only focused on what I applied to the outside, but now I realize I can't ignore what I eat either.

 

My routine these days is to make sure to take collagen and vitamins every morning. I didn't really know it, but I've noticed a lot of people around me taking them lately because collagen is good for skin health.

 

I can definitely see my complexion becoming clearer as it nourishes me from within, and I feel less tired.

 

When I go out, I also make sure to apply sunscreen thoroughly up to below my ears. Rather than suddenly using heavy creams just because of the changing seasons, it seems that sticking to inner beauty and basic protection like this is more helpful in the long run.
