Take care of hydration for skin moisture, elasticity, and health!!

Hello~ I'm a male office worker.

 

Now that March has arrived and I think spring is on its way, the wind is so biting that I can feel my skin getting rough in no time.

 

Especially at times like this, I consider the habit of drinking water to be the most important!

 

I am trying to replenish my body's moisture by frequently drinking warm burdock or barley tea instead of cold water. After all, isn't it true that moisture needs to rise from the inside for the skin on the outside to glow?!!!^^

 

I always make sure to carry a mist in my bag when I go out and spray it whenever my skin feels dry; it's a small habit, but my skin seems to notice the difference.

I realized that not doing it makes a big difference. Don't just worry too much about the changing seasons; I recommend taking care of the basics first.
